Thank you for your patience and giving us a time for us to test & taste all the specifications of our first specialty bean, Guatemala San Victor SCA 85+ Micro-Lot 2021!
We started roasting this specialty coffee and they are ready to go :)
This bean is very special in terms of its flavor with the tints of vanilla, citric, chocolate, fruity and full body. Here, we do roast it at the range of Mid to City profile spectrum on a Probat (Probatone 5) within the time range of max 7.30 mins to keep its specific flavors. This coffee is definitely cool in its characteristics.
